Returns & Refunds

We want the ring to be right. If it is not, here is exactly how returns work.

14-day returns

You may return or exchange your HALQA within 14 days of delivery, in line with UAE consumer protection practice. The ring should be unworn, undamaged and in its original gift box. To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number.

Wrong size

If the size is wrong we will exchange it free of charge — one exchange per order. Keep the box; we will arrange collection and send the new size once the original is on its way back.

Faulty items

If your ring arrives damaged or develops a fault within 6 months of delivery, we will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid. Send us a short video of the fault to speed things up.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a few further days to show the credit.

What is not covered

Normal wear, water damage beyond the IP67 rating (for example, swimming or showering with the ring), and damage from disassembly are not covered.
