HALQA (“we”, “us”) operates halqa.ae from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site and place an order, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. We also collect basic, non-identifying usage data (pages visited, device type) to keep the site working well.

How we use it

Your details are used to process your order, deliver it, send you order updates, and respond when you contact us. We share your name, address and phone number with our shipping and fulfilment partners — only what they need to deliver your ring. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.

Where it is stored

Order records are stored securely and retained for as long as required for accounting and consumer-protection purposes under UAE law. Payment records are held by Stripe under their own privacy policy.

Your rights

In line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal obligation to retain it. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for checkout to function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
